Hi, Achar,

These rooms are cozy and comfortable looking with character. They are a little smaller than the rooms in the other two parts of the hotel. I’m not sure about the noise level (we didn’t stay in this part of the hotel) but all the buildings were very good for sound-proofing and I don’t imagine there would be much noise from the restaurant, which I think closes at around 10 pm. The rooms are upstairs, which makes it very convenient to have your meals in the excellent restaurant and your breakfast downstairs.

Margaret, you will have to come to the Maritimes for a visit (when we are here, of course, and not traveling the world! LOL!) The people here are genuine, unpretentious and friendly folk. Oh, and they sure know how to have fun too!

Traveling is a wonderful way to meet those of intersecting cultures… I recall friend and dilitant the late Pierre Elliot Trudeau remarking that every Canadian should go out in the world to encounter a different culture. Traveling opens our eyes to ourselves through encountering others…
